So we want those to take over as you look at this beautifully crafted set of customized Joy-Con shells that infuse the essence of Tears Of The Kingdom in a few minimalistic touches. They are a result of so much love we have for Nintendo, and the part it played in our childhood. They are also a result of a creative collaboration we’re excited to have with the talented designer “Pretendo”.
Up for the challenge of customizing your own Joy-Cons at home? If you’re very good with your hands, have taken apart electronic devices before (and reassembled them without leaving any screws behind), this is the perfect “gaming project box” for you.
What's Included
Our “Build At Home” set includes everything you need to take your own Joy-Cons apart and rebuild them into beautiful-looking GTZ/Pretendo Designed The Legend Of Zelda Special Edition Tears Of The Kingdom customized Joy-Cons.
In the box you'll find the following:
- Our beautiful UV-printed The Legend of Zelda TOTK shells with a middle frame.
- A black set of buttons, trimmed and ready for assembly.
- Brand new black analogue sticks.
- A set of screwdrivers, spare screws and springs.

We don’t include instructions and taking your Joy-Cons apart can carry the risk of damaging them. Take your time, watch online tutorials, ask questions on Reddit, forums, and other modding groups. If this is your first mod, watch a tutorial twice before starting and plan on around three hours for the build process.
