Testing: We have a strict testing process that ensures quality before assembly and after. Once the final screws are tightened, your customized Switch will go through its final testing cycle, before it ships to you.

- Had a change of heart? Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours from the time they are made, for a full refund.
- This Switch is a unique made to order gaming console, so please note that we can not accept any returns.
- When you order a custom Switch console from us, you also upgrade your peace of mind when it comes to service: Every Switch you order has a 180-day warranty. Beyond the 180 days, please contact us for any issue. If we can not help remotely, we’ll be happy to take a closer look at it and diagnose needed fixes.
