How Does It Work?

Our strict testing and quality control process guarantees you receive only the finest custom gaming hardware. That’s why each custom controller or console ordered from our shop comes with a baked-in 90-day warranty. 

Our extended Care warranty includes the same services and extends them for a longer period of time.

Please select the extended warranty that’s best for you:

• 3 Months (a total of 6 months from the time you order)
• 9 Months (a total of 1 year from the time you order)
