SHIPPING POLICY

Processing and Handling. Please be mindful of our processing time. We make every product to order and may take longer to fulfill any and all orders. You will be notified in the event of a delay to the best of our ability and we may even upgrade your shipping for free in this case.

Express Shipping. We reserve the right to ship any product purchased through this service at our sole discretion. Any purchase of express shipping will make the product sold in this service ship with USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders and DHL/UPS/FEDEX for international orders. We will choose the best option at our sole discretion.

Loss. Products shipped may only be considered lost after 21 business days domestic and 45 days international. We will try to work with you as best as we can to resolve any issue that may arise from our product being detained in shipping. You are obligated to help. And are required to contact your local post office in an attempt to help with a package that may be considered lost. We do not take any responsibility for any package or product stolen from your property on the day of delivery or afterward. In that case, you should open a case at your local postal carrier and send us their findings and resolutions of the case, once we have the findings we will try to help at our discretion.

Damage. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
