Widerrufsrecht
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@gametraderzero.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and thus not refunded. We keep our sole discretion to deny returns as we see fit. Returns for items not in the condition they were shipped may result in a partial refund and up to a 50% restocking fee. You the purchaser take full responsibility for ordering and using your item, gear, service, or goods. Being honest helps.
If you would like to cancel your existing order and request a full refund, you may do so only up to 24 hours after placing the order. We do not accept order cancellations after this 24 hour period and or issue full or any refunds for such cancellations, since we procure the necessary parts specifically for your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Digital Content
Digital Content & Codes – No Returns, No Refunds. Products that involve the purchase or licensed use of “Digital Content” and you are given immediate access to or codes providing redemption rights for access to and use of those Products as soon as you complete your purchase. Because you get immediate access and use, you lose any right to cancel or to claim a refund once you have made the purchase. We will have no liability of any kind and will issue no refunds if Digital Content you have purchased is unavailable. We may offer a substitute product, but you understand and agree that we are not required to do so and that any substitute product or service would be offered at our sole discretion
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
