What Are Hall-Sensing Analogues?
Hall sensing technology is a solution that can help mitigate stick drift, and we offer it to all of our custom PS5 controllers. It involves the use of Hall effect sensors, which detect changes in magnetic fields. By incorporating these sensors into the analog stick mechanism, the controller can accurately determine the position of the stick without relying on physical contact or mechanical components that are prone to wear and tear.
