Cancellations, Returns & Service

Our testing process is very strict, which is why this product comes with a 90-day warranty for any mechanical or electronic issue that may arise. In such cases, please send us a message through our shop chat and let us know about it as soon as possible. If we can not resolve it remotely, we will provide you with a label to ship it back to us for service.

This product can be returned for a full refund up to 14 days from the time you received it, only unused and in its original packaging.
